PARFAITERIA BEL (パフェテリア ベル)

WE LOVE PARFAITS! Especially my partner, it's his favorite dessert so I definitely had to find some good spots for him to try out -- this is one of them.

I think that their parfaits change on the season or monthly... or other, but they do change! The parfaits are so yummy, at least while we went it was. I had the kumquat themed one and my partner had the chocolate ganache themed one. When you order, it has to be one (1) order of parfait and one (1) order of drink to pair. There are sets with a small selection of drinks for a great price or you can just order the parfait and order a different or specialty drink separately. Please make sure to ask if you can take photos/videos, because most places don't let you at all or without asking first! Once you order, you're given a cute little card describing what elements or ingredients are in the parfait and a little story of how the theme came to be for the specific parfait you order. It's so great, honestly, it reminded me Atelier Crenn (three star Michelin restaurant in San Francisco), but for parfaits! The parfaits in Japan just hit so different and are incomparable to any parfaits elsewhere... DELICIOUS, hands down. Truly one of the best parfait spots to try and we'll come back to try again!
