KANEDA (かね田)

I really enjoyed the hearty and comforting ramen at this spot! It has been on my list for a long while now, but I believe it's been super viral for the flat udon tsukemen, but my partner and I wanted to try their signature/original ramen and LOVED it.

I do want to note that like this and many ramen spots, you order at a kiosk that looks like a vending machine and pay through it as well before finding a place to sit. The servers will then grab the ticket(s) the machine gives you so that your order is placed. There are condiments like raw egg and seaweed for you to enjoy infinitely, but please be respectful and order it through the kiosk when you initially order prior to taking some! It is a little intimidating because of all the understandably tired salarymen around, so we made sure not to make much noise or talk too much. Other than that, there were other bowls we wanted to try, so we'll definitely come back! :)
